1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between n98 ("Platform", "us") and every individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the services provided on the n98.wine website and the n98 mobile app ("User", "you").

By accessing or using any part of the n98 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or simply browsing the website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the n98 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

8 Prohibited Player Conduct

Use of the n98 platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the gaming system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (especially in live table games).
• Identity fraud or use of another person's information to register or verify an account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your n98 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all withdrawals have been processed and no active wagers are pending. Any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

9.2 Closure by n98

N98 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability
